Deja Vu Sapa Homestay

Deja Vu Sapa Homestay is a lodge in Ta Van, 6.0 km south-east of Sa Pa town, with rooms offering river and mountain views. The valley village setting is quieter than the town centre, with nearby Hmong and Giay communities and rice terraces. Accommodation ranges from a 40 m² suite with a separate bedroom and living room to balcony double rooms of 25 m² and 20 m².

The suite has a private bathroom and terrace, while both smaller room types share a bathroom and have balconies; their views include mountains, river or garden. A family-friendly restaurant serves local, Asian, international and barbecue-grill dishes, with vegetarian and vegan options, across brunch, lunch, dinner and high tea. Guests can also use the garden, sun terrace, open-air bath and indoor and outdoor play areas.

The accommodation comprises three options, with sizes from 20 to 40 m². It is the only room type with a private bathroom and provides the broadest layout for a small group. The 25 m² King Room with Balcony and 20 m² Queen Room with Balcony each sleep two and have shared bathrooms.

Both smaller rooms have balconies and dining areas, with an electric kettle and wardrobes; the King Room looks towards the mountains and river, while the Queen Room has garden and mountain views. The suite's outlook is towards the river, and its bathroom includes a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The two shared-bathroom rooms also have walk-in showers, bidets and hairdryers. Capacity, bathroom privacy, size and outlook vary across the three room choices.

Outdoor spaces include an outdoor fireplace, picnic area, outdoor furniture and dining area, sun terrace, barbecue facilities, balcony, terrace and garden. The lodge also has an open-air bath and public bath, plus sun umbrellas.

Dining choices include an on-site coffee house, snack bar, bar and restaurant. The restaurant has kids' meals and special-diet menus on request; fruit and wine or champagne are also available. A shared kitchen is equipped with a dining table, stovetop, oven and electric kettle.

The clustered settlements and cultivated slopes give this part of the valley a rural character, distinct from Sa Pa town's denser streets and lakeside centre.

Sa Pa Bus Station is 6 km away, while HasonHaivan Bus is 5.5 km away. Sleeper buses from Hanoi arrive at Sa Pa Bus Station, from where the onward road runs south-east into the valley; Deja Vu Sapa Homestay also offers a shuttle service.
